The Role: Innovation & Fabrication Coordinator
As an Innovation & Fabrication Coordinator, you will help keep data center construction projects moving by coordinating owner-furnished equipment, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate project documentation. You will work with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure materials arrive on schedule and project information stays current. Your work helps reduce delays, improve coordination, and support successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment.
- Track shipments and provide timely, accurate status updates to project teams.
- Maintain purchase orders, shipping records, invoices, contracts, and related documentation.
- Support deliveries to Switch warehouses by verifying materials and completing receiving documentation.
- Participate in contractor and vendor meetings to confirm schedules, responsibilities, and delivery status.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with material replenishment planning.
- Review drawing revisions to confirm material requirements and project scope.
- Prepare routine project reports and key performance indicator updates.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce project delays.
- Travel to project sites as needed to support construction activities and material coordination.

What You'll Bring
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, construction coordination, fabrication, or a related field.
- Experience managing purchase orders, shipping documentation, and inventory records.
- Experience coordinating with vendors or suppliers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard project documentation tools.
Preferred
- Experience supporting construction or data center projects.
- Experience working with general contractors.
- Familiarity with owner-furnished equipment or material coordination.
