The Role: Production Manager

As a Production Manager, you will lead daily production operations and oversee Infrastructure Build and Quality Assurance teams across assigned facilities. This role exists to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality execution of construction and production workflows that support customer deployments and facility readiness.

You will manage team performance, coordinate cross-functional work, and maintain alignment with project schedules, operational standards, and customer expectations. This role requires strong field presence and hands-on technical understanding of construction and facility systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations for Production and QA teams across assigned facilities

  • Plan, assign, and oversee build activities including T-SCIF, EVO, and customer deployments

  • Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

  • Manage team performance, training, and development

  • Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues as needed

  • Coordinate with Construction, RIG, DCS, Sales, Networking, Security, and Facilities teams

  • Track project progress and maintain accurate records using systems such as Asana, Salesforce, and internal tools

  • Develop and update Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to improve execution and efficiency

  • Monitor facility conditions and conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate floor plans, labeling, and space allocation

  • Oversee customer requests and Smart Hands support activities

  • Identify risks in upcoming work and develop execution plans

  • Manage materials, quotes, and procurement requests as needed

  • Ensure accurate documentation of completed work and facility updates

  • Respond to operational issues and emergencies, including on-call or escalation support

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction, facilities, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in production, facilities, or construction environments

  • Experience leading teams in a field or operational setting

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and facility systems

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics

  • Experience using construction tools and equipment, including lifts and power tools

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Experience in data center or mission-critical environments

  • Experience with containment systems, cage builds, and cabinet installations

  • Knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, or electrical systems

  • Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Salesforce, or Smartsheet

  • Familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
