As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members at Rob Roy’s Innevation Center. This role exists to ensure a professional, organized, and consistent experience for all guests and internal stakeholders.
You will support day-to-day operations, assist with events and meetings, and provide administrative coordination across the Engagement and Hospitality teams.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and timely manner
Serve as the primary front desk point of contact for daily operations, meetings, and events
Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and support during execution
Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain inventory of office, hospitality, and event supplies
Track and organize assets and materials used by Engagement and Hospitality teams
Support planning and execution of internal events and team activities
Capture meeting notes and track action items for follow-up
Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Track expenses against budgets and support monthly reporting
Maintain organized workspaces and storage areas
Support cross-functional requests and administrative tasks as needed
Serve as an on-site point of contact for Branding, Engagement, and Hospitality teams
You communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions
You stay organized while managing multiple tasks and priorities
You provide consistent, high-quality service to visitors and team members
You respond quickly and follow through on commitments
You adapt to changing priorities and support team needs
You maintain attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and coordination
You handle confidential information with discretion
Required:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or front desk role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience supporting meetings, events, or office operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
Experience supporting corporate or high-visibility environments
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, Monday through Friday
Availability to support occasional extended hours based on event or business needs
