The Role: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst

As a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst, you will design, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across Switch. This role exists to ensure HR systems support scalable, compliant, and data-driven operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, integrated HCM capabilities that improve decision-making and employee experience. You will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple HCM modules, supporting both implementation and ongoing operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.
  • Partner with HR teams to support annual and ongoing cycles such as merit planning, bonus programs, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with HR policies.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support workforce and total rewards decisions.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and learning.
  • Lead and support implementation activities including testing, data validation, integrations, training, and releases.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain stable and effective HCM solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM across multiple modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including compensation, benefits, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Experience configuring Oracle Fusion HCM and translating business requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience supporting HR cycles such as merit, bonus, and performance reviews.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Experience with system testing, data validation, integrations, and release management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher.
  • Experience supporting large-scale HCM implementations or transformations.
  • Knowledge of HR data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Experience integrating HCM with other enterprise systems.
  • Experience supporting change management and user training.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM or HRIS platforms.

Experience Guidance:

  • Typically 5–8+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and post-go-live support is strongly preferred.
