  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into use cases and user stories.

  • Partner with engineering and design to prepare sprint plans, demos, and releases.

  • Prioritize roadmap decisions using quantitative data and experimentation.

  • Lead go-to-market planning in coordination with internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with engineering to design scalable, secure technical solutions.

  • Manage product security reviews, remediation plans, and verification processes.

  • Improve operational workflows, reduce process costs, and increase efficiency.

  • Support annual strategic portfolio planning and budgeting exercises.

  • Review and support contract terms impacting product development.

  • Contribute to documentation standards, scalability improvements, and technical governance.

  • Evangelize product capabilities internally and externally.

  • Travel up to 20% as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • You take ownership of complex problems and drive them to resolution.

  • You balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture decisions.

  • You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • You prioritize effectively across competing initiatives.

  • You make data-driven product decisions.

  • You operate independently with limited supervision.

  • You maintain strong discretion when handling confidential information.

  • You influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical discipline.

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, ITIL, or similar.

  • Experience with DCIM technologies, OSS/BSS platforms, Salesforce, JDE, or EcoStruxure.
