  • Participate in CAB processes, including ticket creation and calendar updates.

  • Coordinate maintenance access with clients and manage requests through resolution.

  • Create, review, and approve maintenance procedures and scripts.

  • Support OSHA compliance and safe work practices.

  • Assist with infrastructure projects, construction coordination, and R&D efforts.

  • Support escalated events and participate in incident bridge calls when required.

  • Contribute to department process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with recruiting and development of DCO Systems team members.

  • Utilize asset management and building management systems to monitor operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • You lead by example and maintain high technical standards.

  • You make sound decisions independently in high-pressure situations.

  • You communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, and clients.

  • You identify risks early and escalate when needed.

  • You balance operational reliability with cost awareness.

  • You maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • You follow and enforce safety and OSHA requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • OSHA 30 certification.

  • 5+ years of experience in data center, facilities, electrical, or mechanical environments.

  • Advanced understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS, PDUs, cooling systems, and fire suppression.

  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

  • Experience using CMMS or ticketing systems.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.

  • Ability to work in a 24/7/365 operational environment, including extended hours when required.

Preferred:
