  • Schedule and prioritize team workload.

  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to technicians.

  • Coordinate stock deliveries and communicate with warehouse teams.

  • Procure necessary inventory and supplies.

  • Coordinate dumpster, baler, pallet, and recycling pickups.

  • Provide standby support for outside contractors.

  • Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment as required.

  • Work off-hours when needed to maintain facility readiness.

What We’re Looking For

  • You lead by example and hold a high standard for quality.

  • You prioritize safety in all tasks and materials handling.

  • You manage time effectively and coordinate multiple assignments.

  • You communicate clearly with leadership, team members, and vendors.

  • You maintain a professional presence in customer-facing environments.

  • You take ownership of facility appearance and operational readiness.

What You’ll Bring

  • Power tool and light construction experience.

  • Experience with drywall repair, painting, and general facility maintenance.

  • Basic PC skills, including Outlook and internal communication tools.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

  • Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment and respond to emergencies as required.
