The Role: Senior Talent Operations Specialist

As a Senior Talent Operations Specialist, you bring deep expertise and influence how talent operations are designed and delivered. You lead complex initiatives, set operational standards, and serve as a go-to expert for recruiting systems and workflows.

This role focuses on improving quality, reducing risk, and enabling others to do their best work through better processes, guidance, and partnership.

What You'll Do

· Lead complex operational initiatives end to end

· Design and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and quality

· Serve as a subject matter expert for systems and workflows

· Analyze trends, risks, and gaps in operations

· Partner with business and HR leaders to implement improvements

· Mentor and guide other Talent Operations team members

What We're Looking For

· Strong systems and process orientation

· Ability to influence without formal authority

· Clear, structured communication

· Proactive identification of operational risks

· Ownership of operational outcomes

What You'll Bring

· 7–10 years of experience in talent or recruiting operations

· Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows

· Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional impact
