The Role: Talent Operations Specialist, Contractor

As a Talent Operations Specialist (Contractor), you operate with a high level of autonomy and handle complex recruiting operations. You are a trusted partner to recruiters and stakeholders, known for your ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and maintain high standards even as priorities shift.

Beyond execution, this role contributes to improving how talent operations work, identifying inefficiencies, and helping the team operate more effectively at scale.

What You'll Do

· Coordinate complex interview scheduling and logistics

· Resolve operational issues independently and communicate outcomes

· Ensure data integrity across recruiting systems

· Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities

· Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

· Partner with recruiters and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to prioritize work with limited oversight

· Clear communication across stakeholders

· Accountability for outcomes and follow-through

· Comfort navigating ambiguity within established frameworks

What You'll Bring

· 4–7 years of experience in talent or recruiting operations

· Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems

· Experience supporting complex hiring processes
