General Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all inventory receipts are processed timely and accurately and deliveries are scheduled/completed to meet customer demands.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all incoming shipments including inventory and non-inventory items such as office supplies are received using established guidelines
- Ensure all items received are verified with the purchase order and inspected for proper quantities
- Notify end users when materials have been received at the warehouse
- Ensure all receipt transactions are completed accurately and timely
- All incorrect delivery items are rejected and clearly identified on the delivery note
- Work with Procurement on any discrepancies (short, missing, damaged, no packing slip, etc.)
- Receive purchase orders as directed by Accounts Payable
- Stage received materials in the put away area
- Work with the online construction portal to receive approved invoices
- Ensure that on non-inventory items, a copy of packing slip is kept with the item, for identification purposes and requestor has been informed that items have arrived
- Assist with uniform vouchers and replenishment bulk orders
- Assist with sorting out uniforms that arrive for various departments
- Ensure receiving dock is clean and organized
- Monitor delivery shortages so when parts are received
- Participate in and/or coordinate special projects per manager’s request
- Conducts all communications in a professional, workplace like manner
Other Duties:
- Assist assemble and Disassemble Warehouse Pallet Racking under OSHA Safety Compliance
- Use of Forklift to Unload and put away material shipments that come from vendors
- Stage material from our LAS VEGAS main base to other facilities

Computer Equipment and Software:
- Intermediate user in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledgeable and experienced with working in an MRP environment
Education and Experience:
Certification:
- APICS certification desired
- Fork Lift Certification desired
Education:
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in assigned or related field; or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Inventory environment
