General Purpose of the Position:
The Project Manager is process-focused and responsible for managing multiple types of branding projects from request to completion including design, print, web, sales collateral, marketing campaigns, and other creative assets in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This person will join an in-house creative department and will assist with streamlining the flow and communication for collaborators and serves as a liaison to department stakeholders ensuring strong interdepartmental relations. Through expert communication this position enables the entire branding team to run smoothly and efficiently in hitting deadlines through time management, establishing “by when(s)” and managing recommitments where needed.
In addition, this role requires an eye for detail and an extra eye for brand standards. The perfect candidate for this role is a team player that realizes being a member of the Switch team means playing any role that is needed to support the company's success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor all projects in the department through the chosen project management tools (Asana + Outlook)
- Manage multiple projects for multiple brands while remaining flexible through revisions, with a keen attention to detail
- Be connected to the time management of all team members and identify areas that need to be supported
- Consistent communication with the VP of Brand & Operations and team stakeholders, to determine the scope of projects and ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines

- Documented experience using project management software applications and document management
Computer Equipment and Software:
- Asana experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus - Creative projects will require a variety of Adobe files and processes to completion - understanding the needs of each project and the design tools to execute helps immensely
- Basic AV knowledge a plus -for running meetings and facilitating groups (10+) of individuals
- Mac experience is a plus
