General Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of this position is to support the hyperscale team on the growth of the hyperscale data centers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and execution of supply chain activities for hyperscale construction projects, including procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, and inventory management
- Work closely with project managers, supply chain members, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to meet project schedules and milestones
- Address any issues or risks proactively to minimize impact on project execution
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as purchase orders, contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and supplier communications
- Organize and archive project files according to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements for the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
- Track shipment status, update project schedules, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management, including stock tracking and replenishment planning
- Work with suppliers to maintain accurate inventory levels and timely availability of materials
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, updates, and KPI metrics to project teams and stakeholders
- Aid in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance monitoring
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and project management workflows
- Recommend solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the supply chain team
- Support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the success of the team and organization

- Knowledge of project coordination principles and techniques, including scheduling, resource allocation, documentation management, and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor management
- Understanding of the construction industry, including project management methodologies, construction processes, and regulatory requirements specific to data center construction
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, assess root causes, and develop solutions within the supply chain
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

Computer Equipment and Software:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document management, data analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with project management software and ERP systems is a plus
Education and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, supply chain support, logistics coordination, or related roles within the construction, engineering, or data center industry
- Experience working with electrical and/or mechanical system suppliers, as well as general contractors and subcontractors
