  • Maintain clear communication between finance leadership and internal teams.

  • Handle confidential financial and business information with discretion.

External Stakeholder & Meeting Management

  • Coordinate onsite meetings with investors, lenders, and external financial partners visiting the New York office.

  • You will represent finance leadership in interactions with external partners, ensuring professionalism and seamless coordination at every touchpoint.

  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records.

  • Support documentation for budgeting, reporting, and finance workflows.

Office Operations (Limited Scope)

  • Coordinate office vendors, supplies, and facilities requests for the New York office.

  • Support visitor logistics for external partners and guests.

  • Provide logistical support for select internal meetings or small office gatherings as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Clear communicator who shares information accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

  • Comfortable handling confidential financial and business information.

  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and removes operational obstacles.
